We are committed to ethically sourcing superb specialty grade, single-origin coffee beans from outstanding farms & cooperatives across the world.
Our Master of Coffee, Holly Bowman (a qualified Q grader), has selected each individual estate based on the distinctive flavour profile of its coffee.
We craft roast our coffee beans in small batches to showcase their unique flavour profile, stopping short of the 'second crack' where coffee starts to taste generic.
We then finely grind the roasted beans to maximise extraction time and flavour, before packing this ground coffee straight into pods to lock in the freshness.
To fully appreciate the quality of coffee and delicacy of flavour our pods can be best enjoyed as short coffee drinks (e.g. espresso, long black, flat white).
