We really hope that you love everything about Toast Coffee Pods. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with our product for any other reason, please e-mail us at hello@toastcoffeepods.com and we’ll be on hand to help in any way we can.

We guarantee all of our products with a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply return it unopened and we will refund your purchase cost. If you've opened your coffee or it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please get in touch and we’ll do all we can to help.

Lifetime Nespresso Compatible Guarantee

We also offer a lifetime guarantee on the compatibility of our pods with every Nespresso machine. If you have any problems simply contact us to return the pods for an immediate refund (postage paid).
